This is the door that Joe painted:
This is the cat that RAN THROUGH the paint tray:
You don't want to see what the family room rug looks like.
I do wish I had a picture of Joe washing off the cat. Now THAT would have been funny.
Stupid cat.

Yes, I would have LOVED to see Howard getting de-painted LOL. Yep, they can be stupid but we love 'em anyway.
He looks so sweet and innocent! Actually, he looks an awful lot like my last cat did. When I say "my last cat", I mean it!!! ;-)
Stephanie!! I LOVE your red door. I"ve always wanted one. Maybe one day I will get one. Beautiful shade - you and Joe have great style!
And, yeah, I'd like to see the kitty red pawed! Cute little bugger!
Oh No! What a mess that must have been! Nice color, though!
Same thing happend to me when I was painting some dressers black. Black kitty prints on my cream colored rug. Ugh.
I love the door. And am so sorry about the cat and rug. Did you get it off?
LOL! We had little "Meadow Green" paw prints coming from our bedroom, down our hardwood stairs and through the livingroom. When we finally found her she just looked at us with that superior look cats have, oblivious as to why we were raising such a fuss. Crazy humans!
Awww... cute kitty! Once my cat brshed against a fresh coat of green paint - oil paint! I had to snip off all the green fur!
Oh NO!!!
If it's any consolation, the door looks fabulous!
Oh Dear... now that would have been something to see!
Silly kitty! But a cute one though.
Hope the cleanup goes well. Yikes!
Keep smilin!
This will sound weird, but I always love looking at the view outside your front door. It seems like such a pleasant neighborhood.
(does that make me some kind of weird internet voyeur?)
Ha! Sounds like something that would happen at my house. I once accidentally left a bag of smelly diapers by the back door, and when the petsitter got there hours later, things were pretty ugly ...
The cat looks innocent if you ask me!! Funny story!! But your sweetie looks so sorry if that's any consolation.
I love colorful doors like that. They make a home look so inviting! I miss having a cat...CJ is allergic to every living animal except humans (and he's allergic to some of them too).
Oh dear, poor cat. Sorry, I'm sure it was a mess but I couldn't help but smile! My dogs always end up with wet paint on their tails when I'm doing a project so I "somewhat" understand!
Your door looks great BTW!
That would have been a great picture for sure!
your cat is the picture of innocense - of course the red paint just happened to be in his path! Love the red door!
